I would add more ⭐️ if I could! As a Lender, I always have a great experience for my Buyers when Mr. Gary Johns is on the Selling side. He is an honest man who builds a great quality home for a reasonable price. He helps so many families! Apparently, John’s Realty knows nothing about the people that they sell homes to nor care about families that have been in this development Not more than 60 days ago people have moved in to a home off of Birchwood Road, causing nothing but utter chaos by calling the police on several neighbors for disturbing the peace or a noise ordinance issue. After doing extensive research, come to find out this is not their first rodeo and have done far more worse to others in their prior home in Kingsland Georgia off of Ash Court. If these people continue, they are not welcome here and should by all means sell their home like they had to their other one. You just can’t move into a neighborhood and think you own the block.
