Warning: if you like overspending, then do not use John. In all seriousness, John is awesome to work with. I write this review from the house John helped us get. It was a for sale by owner situation and as first time home buyers we weren't sure how to navigate these waters. John made us feel comfortable throughout the process and armed with his knowledge and experience, he ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars that we would have otherwise over paid. Bottom line: If you plan on buying a home, talk to John.

I highly recommend John! He is a true professional in a field where that is lacking. His communication skills are exceptional and he is always available for his clients.
