We have never been Florida homeowners before and thought we needed to be on direct access water with a dock. After a conversation with her we determined what things were actually most important for us as primary residents in Michigan and part-time in Florida. We found a house that gave us water access without the hassle of having a boat to care for, in a great area near many good friends of ours. She was also instrumental in finding us living room furniture since the house was completely empty.
