I also wish I could give 0 stars. I called John R Wood to sell my condo, and the “person” that met with me was not a human being. CLEARLY NOT HUMAN. James Chad phipps do not go through him or JRWP.

I wish I can give 0 stars. I listed my home online by owner. I was contacted by Yvonne Gallegos. She stated she had "people interested in my property", and she wanted to set up a time for viewing. I asked her for their pre-qualification. She refused to send me their pre-qualification or proof of funds. As a real estate professional, I find it very upsetting when an agent contacts me and waste my time for nearly 3 hrs. I finally text her to either send me the pre-qualification or stop wasting my time. It's surprising to me that a reputable real estate agency would hire low caliber people to harass and waste peoples time. John R Wood, please do better

Illegally uses an auto dialer to make unsolicited calls to numbers on the do not call list.

I am in a living nightmare with this company. Agents that show my condo talk down with the people they were showing about my condo and treat it like it’s a dump. There’s only two things that need to be done in my place, which is a new carpet and rollers for the sliders. I have a real estate agent that is not pushing to sell my unit even though she knows I am on a deadline. Paperwork is not correct and who signs contracts for a year?? Normally it’s three or six months. This company used to be top-notch, but it has fallen way down below that.

After my experience with John R. Wood to sell my home this year, I can say that the company is only interested in money and not helping people. I received little help and LOTS of frustration. I feel like I was robbed by the money I paid for the commission and the terrible service I received. I would never recommend John R. Wood for the buying/selling of your home.
