When people use the phrase "old school", I believe that definition was based on John Burke. I haven't actually rented an apartment through him yet, but my experience with him was amazing. He actually drove with me to see the place, made calls to the landlord to tell him what was wrong with it and why he needed to bring the price down, and then advised me properly on whether I should rent it or not. No BS, no salesmanship... straight facts and honesty that isn't found in BK anymore. The dude is 90+ and has a better work ethic than any real estate agent in the area.
