He does a wonderful job with hiring a professional photographer to make our home look as good as possible as well as being a great negotiator in bringing parties together to make a deal happen. He is always available and always working. They also handled the purchase of our new house thru a new build and did a great job making sure the builder kept up on deadlines and quality. I would also say that I follow a lot of high end homes in Gulf Harbour and Sanibel and his company seems to be the only company that actually sells or finds buyers for the high end properties.
