We recently worked with Adrian Lee to purchase our first home. As first time buyers, our experience was fantastic. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable about the various west side neighborhoods we were looking at, gave great insight about the different structural considerations in each home, and really spent the time ensuring we understood all the different components and options involved in each offer we made. We felt very empowered throughout the process and truly love the home that we ended up purchasing with Adrian’s help.

I have worked with the John L Scott of Westwood village for the sale of two homes now and the purchase of one. For each time I worked with the amazing Scott Henry. I cannot describe enough how absolutely fantastic he has been for my family and I to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help us sell our home for the best price while being fair and reasonable to those buying. He helped make it possible for me to buy the ideal house for my changing family during a time when I needed the most help. I could not be writing this review if it were not for the immense support that Scott gave me. I have recommended my dearest friends and family to him as I would want nothing but the best for them. I would of course recommend him to you as well!

I have been working with Chris Cruz for a while now, looking for my forever home. Chris has been kind and patient by providing me information on prospective homes within my budget. Although I haven’t found what I am looking for, I wanted to take this opportunity to let him know how much I appreciate his time and energy. We can only speak to our experiences with one of the agents at this location - Jennifer Larson. We were involved in a transaction recently with Jennifer as she was the seller's agent of the house we purchased. Our experiences with her were negative from the very beginning however, the transaction became very unprofessional during our one visit to the vacant house during the 3 month close period. The day of our visit she met with our agent in the morning and gave him the key to the vacant house. An hour later, she decided (with no explanation) that we had to leave the house even though we had estimate and measuring appointments lined up. At this point she entered the house and threatened us that the police would be called on us if we didn't leave. We were beyond shocked that she was threate

James Morrison realtor for the west wood office sent junk mail to our house . We are not interested and never ask for you or your company to send us junk mail . We do not want your waste of paper will not do any business with your company for using junk mail soliciting list . Update : I have attempted twice now to do get removed from your mailing list already and James Morrison reply with a condescending comment was a utter jerk . So I sent the local office manager a copy of the conversation. It just proves how your company and realtors treat people you can't make money off of .
