I worked or rather tried to work with Jenny Clausen on a rental. She pushed and essentially bullied me into signing a lease NOW without answering my questions. When I asked for additional details she sent me a text at 4:25 AM saying my questions were sketchy and she was moving forward with another application. I had filled out the application and the background check. Scheduled a viewing that she could not attend but sent someone else- they did not know the answers to my questions so I reached out to her again. Vague answers. Not helpful. Never once picked up the phone for clarification or help. When I replied back that her customer service was lacking she said “on a side note- go ahead and leave a negative review. I don’t care..Nor does anyone else care.” Maybe someone might care that yo

AVOID. Michelle Welch will not return calls or texts. With all the options for realtors for realtors in the valley, you'd think that someone would put just a little effort into communication. I'd love to 'find the perfect canvas Michelle', if you'd call people back. Also, read the reviews carefully here. They are by employees.

I highly recommend John L. Scott from my experience. I recently bought a house in Boise with a John L. Scott real estate agent, Henry Groves, and he did a great job for us. Henry is a fantastic real estate agent in Boise, he worked around the clock to find a house for us to buy on a very short timeline. He got us a great price even in an extreme seller's market. He helped us find financing using his connections at John L. Scott. He even went to prospective homes and sent us videos so we could see them from out of state. Once we moved in, Henry helped me find commercial real estate for my business, going above and beyond, and he found me a great place that I signed a lease on. Craig Groves - Stay clear from him and any home he or his office represents (he is the broker agent). Let his pride get in the way and is breaking a 4 corner contract. Will end up in court. But my GF is 15 weeks pregnant and he’s causing undue stress the day before a 7 day full price cash offer. Hope his builder sees this and does the right thing.
