Extremely rude and patronizing, told me I needed to enunciate and slow down when speaking, and said that I was uneducated and a liar. I was an ESL teacher abroad, I know how to enunciate, and I'm educated just fine, thank you very much. It's not my fault that the name of my company isn't in John's normal lexicon. He is clearly not educated when it comes to Texas insurance companies, and hung up on me after his verbal trash dump. I would never recommend any of my clients, friends, or family deal with this type of agent.
