I spent about 1.5 hours with Ayala on 1/21/24 for an estimate to enclose a wall in my brand new home. The wall was to have two large pocket doors. I also wanted to have matching brick (I had already bought the 2,000 bricks that matched the house brick) and they are sitting in my driveway still from the brick manufacturer. Ayala measured the dimensions of the outdoor landscaping and the open wall to make sure the everything I wanted would fit. It did so I was happy about that. She said that this is not a big job for them but they were in the area and they needed to keep their employees busy in between jobs. I think they are falsifying the 4 star reviews. Joes construction does not honor their warranty. We bought a new construction home in 2023 and come to find out the dual a/c system wasnt even hooked up for the downstairs. We've sent numerous requests for repairs and ended up having to come out of pocket to repair the system ourselves. I also sold one of their homes to a client and she is having similar issues with no response

I went through Urban Living to buy a new construction and this has been an utter nightmare that has cost me over $15k in unexpected expenses. I paid earnest money back in May for a home that Urban Living said would be completed by August 31st of 2022. It is now February 2023 and not only is my home not compete, I still do not know when it will be. I found out who my builder was in January and it is this company. Not only have they continuously lied about when the home would be completed but they have been non responsive to all calls and e-mails. As a buyer we have no power except to back out of a contract but the greater issue is that all of the homes that I would’ve bid on are now off the market leaving me stuck with a home that has taken over 8 months to build and there are still repairs

Horrible company. They give you the run around. Do not want to fix your home. Illegal immigrants. No one speaks English. Avoid urban living they use this company!

Was a no-show to work 7 times and has stopped answering texts/calls. Work quality is poor and customer service is even worse.
