We have purchased homes over 10 homes in 10 states over the years and Joel is hands down the best realtor we've worked with. He follows up on all issues, personally attends inspections, and then sees any issues through to completion. He knows so much about so many services in his area and was available 24/7 for all our myriad of questions! We completed our deal at like 11 p.m. while we were in Europe and Joel was there for every step of our journey. He really is just the absolute best realtor we've every had.

Joel is a superstar realtor. We used him as our sellers’ agent and he truly went above and beyond for us. He came highly recommended and very much lived up to it! Joel used his wide network of contractors who were able to get our home into tip top shape (it had been rented for years and as a result needed long overdue TLC) prior to listing it.
