I have worked many transactions with Joe as the buyer’s agent, but this was my first time using him as a buyer myself. The application process was very straightforward and Joe did a great job educating and communicating with me throughout each step. He and his team worked seamlessly with the list side to get us to the closing table and in our new home with the best financing terms possible.
