Bill is an all around good guy, who really knows his business. He helped us to sell our old house, and buy our dream home. First thing to know, he gets to know you personally, between all of the meetings, phone calls, and texts, he makes sure he understands your wants and needs. Not only that, but he is extremely family oriented, and got to also know my four kids, and never got annoyed with them (like most people do these days), he was always happy to see them, even if we just saw him in passing out in the community (he even snuck money to our youngest so he could buy snacks at a baseball game). He also is pretty flexible when it comes to getting ahold of him, there were many nights where I had questions well after business hours that he would be there to answer a phone call (as long as he
