Joe did an amazing job finding a place to rent in a short amount of time. He is very knowledgeable about Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. He was able to get us into multiple showings on a short timeline. Within only a few conversations he was able to gauge my preferences and helped me focus the search. Once I found a place, he was instrumental in getting all the paperwork needed and was in constant communication with updates. Joe was amazing. We are in Missouri and my Mom inherited a house in Florida after my uncle passed. To put it lightly, we really tossed a curve ball at Joe with the unknown fines and unkept property, and he handled it with extreme professionalism. My recommendation is just follow his advice and you'll be okay. Our property was not one of the more valuable one's, but he still gave our situation top notch care and attention.
