Joanna Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE! The plumbing on the first floor does not work. The toilet will clog and sewage from all units will back up into the bathtub. The landlord doesn't respond to emails and refuses to send a plumber. Had to call the health department multiple times just to get a response from the landlord. Landlord tries to make you pay for the plumbing bills and offers zero solutions and doesn't respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Called, text and left voicemails to the "emergency maintenance number" and didn't get a response for 3 hours. There was human waste in my bathtub for hours, leaving the most horrific smell in the apartment. Truly unlivable conditions. This has happened nearly 10 times in 2 years and I was forced to move. The Joanna Apartments are owned, managed, and inhabited by absolutely wonderful people. The building/grounds are very well maintained and the rent is reasonable.

The best and most reasonable appartment on this side of Colorado. Other than that, Glendale is the next best in price for global affordability
