When we began our search it was during an extremely tough market where there were many investors outbidding us, but thanks to Joans connections we were able to get a great property for a great deal!

We worked with Joan the end of 2024 for several months. She did not once take us to see a property. We were auto emailed listings that were either already sold, out of our price range, or the complete opposite of what we were looking for. We went to open houses on our own. When she went on vacation, a covering realtor finally showed us a few properties that were not open houses. There was very little communication aside from the auto emails.
