Zero would have been my preferred rating. Residents beware. Your needs as a homeowner will not be represented by this company. Policies and communication is almost always for the benefit and in favor of JMD, not the homeowners. Communication from JMD to homeowners was at their convenience not based on urgency and often chastised homeowners like children. This is not a professional organization. Maya Daghers poor management trickles down to their employees which often created contention between homeowners, the board of directors, and staff. Thankfully our board of directors listened to the community and made a change.

I have lived in homeowners associations and condominium Associations for 27 years in the state of Florida I’ve served on the master homeowner association board of governors and community Board of Directors. I have worked with Many property management professionals and property managers in my time. It is my opinion that JMD is the biggest disappointment out of all the companies I have worked with. Their lack of support for my community has been deplorable. If a person has water leaking into their home rather than calling our maintenance supervisor they refer our residents to call a board member. A board member who would not know how to stop a leak. In my opinion, it is their responsibility to immediately call our maintenance supervisor and have the water turned off to mitigate damages. Thi

JMD Properties is knowledgeable and responsive. I have had a great experience working with Maya Dagher, she is both professional and courteous. If you are looking for a hands on management company I would definitely recommend.

Bad and incompetent. I own many properties across the county and abroad, however Michael Mlayess is the worst property manager I ever had to deal with. No clue whatsoever, lazy, arrogant, unhelpful and just annoying.
