William a davis and Sharon are two of the absolute worst human beings and property managers you could ever have the misfortune of having to deal with. Total slumlords and crooks. These people have very little knowledge of rental laws , and refuse to keep there rental properties in any kind of decent condition. They bully there tenants and refuse to make repairs to there rental properties. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I own property next to one of their management properties. They have had tenants whose animals have knocked boards out of the dividing fence and when spoken to Sharon or Bill they blow you off, they are the type of company in my opinion/experience that will only do the right thing when forced by law. As a property management company they are the last ones you want to see managing a property next to yours.

I see another property owner is having the same problem I am having with Bill. The fence between our property and the tenant occupied property currently managed byJLT has fallen. The tenants three large dogs now have free access to our yard. We have talked with the very nice tenants and they have put up a temporary solution. They contacted JLT and were blown off. I contacted Bill at JLT and had one of the most dismissive, rude conversations I can recall having with anyone. Talk about arrogant and condescending. Bill has no business dealing with the public. As of right now I am sending a letter to JLT and the owners of the property putting them on notice regarding their liabilty with the fence.
