I called and sent emails as a prospective buyer to a BnB in Galveston they represent, but no one ever picked up the phone or returned messages. I would not trust these people to sell your property. Not even sure why they would represent a property all the way in Galveston when they're based in Austin.

Terrible company. Very rude people and terrible services. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

The most unprofessional and dishonest company we have come across!! They had our commercial building listed for $3.45 Million for 4 months, and when they did not get the interest they were supposed to generate for the listing, they conveniently called us and terminated the contract citing broker turnover within their company as a reason to not continue marketing of the building for sale. They very aggressively pursued us for a good 3 months to get the listing of our building and prepared their proprietary JLL's "Opinion of Value" report to lure us to give the listing to them. And when they were not able to get an offer anywhere close, they terminated the agreement within 4 months with just a plain "sorry"! The unscrupulous brokers' names with JLL are Jeff Coddington - Senior VP of Inves

The JLL team were very professional in helping us find our new office headquarters. The space fits our needs perfectly. We enjoyed working with the team, they were very efficient and thorough in their search and customer service.
