The negative reviews are consistent to our experience. Jim Temple’s Construction Company is not one of integrity, truth, or professionalism. Negative reviews are not something I enjoy doing. We primarily want you to be warned & the jig to be up. Numbers will be fudged, lies will be told, and you will be ignored. Don’t be swindled. He lies, does not pay his contractors, he will try to take your money, will not finished the job & try to leave you with a bill. You will pay twice for everything regardless of what is written on the contract. Our neighbors are all outraged & his reputation is trash.

In my opinion, I would not recommend Jim Temple Construction for a home builder based on what I believe to be poor quality and lack of attention to detail in a new home build. I have spoken with both Jim and his wife on the phone and repeatedly get ignored and no returned calls. When someone says they will come look at an issue or call you back, I expect them to keep their word. Steer clear!

Difficult, and too extensive to explain. Nightmare and it hasn’t ended. Would be happy to explain privately to any interested person considering their services. Nothing religious, hard to qualify as a professional. BEWARE! STAY CLEAR!

Professional and conscientious they did a great job with my remodel. Carpentry room addition, new dining, roof all done right. Highly recommend!
