We cannot recommend Jim Scott & Sons highly enough. We purchased our home nearly two years ago after it was completed, and the level of service we've received has far exceeded anything we could have expected. Peter Scott has personally approved all warranty work since our purchase, while project managers Lizzy Scott and Cyle Burton have been our primary contacts throughout - and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. From day one, Lizzy and Cyle have been incredibly responsive - answering questions via phone, text, or email almost immediately, whether we needed help with something as simple as ordering matching hardware or choosing a water filter, or addressing more significant concerns. We have been texting them over ten times more, but mostly they did not respond back to us. When they worked on the outside job, dirt and paint splashed on our outside gate, but they did not clean it until we requested to clean it. They promised to clean and re-paint our outside gate, but they did not paint and ignored our text and communication. We definitely see that they do not think of neighbors. They are doing construction at 3203 Beverly and they have not managed their sub contractor and they do not think neighbor since they are doing dirty the alley and very dangerous situation around area.
