Jim always answered the phone and always answered my questions accurately (the bank never even called me back) without leaving anything to guess, he got me really good rates and really good prices on everything, put me in contact with good insurance agents and just all around really good customer service, did not waste any time just got the ball rolling from the 1st phone call and we closed in about a month, maybe not even a month. I mean he puts in the effort to get you a good deal on everything and to keep you informed and you just know that him and his team are up to date and know their way around the mortgage process so every step of the process is silky smooth. The docusign is awesome, we were able to do a most of the paperwork at home on our own schedule but yeah just a rockstar team
