Jim Grady is a terrific real estate agent, the best we have ever dealt with. He handled the purchase of our new property and the sale of our previous home. Unlike agents who show a place and just sit back and collect their fee, Jim worked *relentlessly* at every detail, large and small: negotiations, inspections, repairs, subcontractors, permits, closing details, whatever it took. He would *immediately* answer any question, by email, text msg or phone — communications could not have been better. This guy really cares about what he’s doing. I cannot recommend Jim Grady highly enough.
