I haven’t rented any property from Mr.Todd but I called and inquired about some property and I must say as a little country gal from Mississippi my experience by text and a short phone conversation with him was awesome.. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient. My experience living here in Georgia hasn’t been the best when it comes to house hunting but I can honestly say I felt something different from him then I have from others I’ve dealt with. My experiece with Jilot Real Estate and the property in Hapeville, Ga. was extremely meaningful to me, and it is with mixed emotions that I am leaving. Life happens and when it does, things happen. Mr. Jilot was a true God-send during my lease period. It would take more than a post for you (whose reading) to wholly understand the gratitude behind my words. As for the property. I'll just say that it brought me moments of peace. The neighbors are quiet. The location is awesome. The sunlight is amazing if you are a plant lover like me. And the deal sealer is the spaciousness of the home. You can't go wrong with Mr. Jilot. He's the best.

Todd was referred to me by a friend, and it turned out to be a great choice! He was very patient with all my questions, very knowledgeable, professional and top notch! We had a wonderful experience as tenants with Todd and his team. Todd is a good listener, quick to take action, and a gentle and kind communicator. We had an unfortunate and stressful situation during our lease and we felt very taken care of and advocated for by Todd. I rented my first apartment out of college with them and I have nothing but praises. The price, The customer service, 100%. And They respond fast and fix issues fast. And maintained the security and cleanliness of the area. I unfortunately grew out of the apartment (I have a finance and a dog now a 1bed won’t cut it lol) but Im going to keep my eye posted on their site for availabilities and would DEFINITELY rent with this company again!
