Got sold a house that had almost every major appliances broken, went with the recommended house inspector, he didn't inspect anything apparently, because as soon as we moved in EVERYTHING started breaking and now I'm stuck with a house that's worth more in repairs than actual equity, this was my first home buying experience and it was absolutely horrible all around, absolutely go with someone else
