I worked with Jenny on a purchase transaction. There were multiple layers of other transactions that had to close at the same time to make it work. Jenny was in constant contact with the other parties of the other transactions to ensure we closed on time. It was a not fun situation with issues. Her dedication, understanding and even empathy at some points was over the top professional. Trust her with your real estate transaction. She cares!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Jenny as my buyer's agent, and I feel compelled to share my strong dissatisfaction. From the very beginning, Jenny hastened me into signing an agreement, assuring me that she would cater to my best interests. However, the reality was quite the opposite. I had identified the property myself and involved her in the deal based on her assurances, which ultimately proved to be unfounded. As we progressed through the home purchase process, I found Jenny to be highly unprofessional, deceitful, conniving, and selfish. Her communication was abysmal, characterized by frequent delays and vague responses that added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. I have had the privilege of working with Jenny many times and she is always a pleasure to work with! Jenny is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate and she is a fantastic advocate for her clients.
