We so appreciated our realtor, Jennifer Wilson. She was constantly advocating for us. After the inspection report came back, she suggested a couple of items that we should request, and the sellers agreed to them. Thanks to her, our new home has repairs taken care of that we thought we would have to do ourselves. Jennifer’s expertise, guidance, dedication, and prompt and clear communication were beyond compare. We have had many real estate agents throughout the years and she is at the top. Her attention to detail and organization were outstanding. We love our new home, and Jennifer made the process of getting it seamless.

Jennifer Wilson put in a lot of work and did an excellent job to sell our home in Albuquerque. When the buyer's inspection revealed a few unknown issues in our beautiful eighty year old home, Jennifer recommended several contractors who completed the repairs in a professional manner and at a very reasonable cost. Her recommendations for the negations with the buyers were well reasoned and worked as we had hoped to close the deal.
