Jen Burns has been absolutely amazing to work with. She has been helping us look at homes and find the right one, and every step of the process has been handled with care and professionalism. She also pays attention to every detail, explains everything clearly, and makes sure we fully understand each part of the process. Nothing ever felt confusing or rushed. Because of Jen, my husband and I felt truly supported and at ease throughout the entire experience. We are so grateful for her patience, dedication, and hard work. Working with Jen has been incredible! From the start she has been communicative, supportive, and our right hand. We knew we wanted to move from out of state back to LA, but weren’t sure of where- Jen spent time visiting potential homes for us, sharing images and videos along the way, and anytime we came into town made sure she was available to meet and walk through with us. When we finally found “the one”, she coordinated inspections and helped us understand the documents we were signing. She reached out periodically to check in and give us progress updates (along with asking how we were doing preparing for the big move), and has overall just been amazing. We would’ve been lost and definitely not as prepared to move an out of state move if not for Jen’s support. 10/10, highly recommend for

I was looking for a realtor, read so many positive reviews on Jen, chose her, & I am back here to attest to the positive points. From the first meeting, she made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable about the selling process, easy to converse with, honest, and had patience with questions. She was extremely responsive to messages and calls, even after hours and on the weekends to accommodate my schedule. She kept me informed of all the things that were happening with the home (even on her vacation in another country). She gave suggestions, but was never pushy! She coordinated repairs smoothly & timely. If you are looking for a breath of fresh air in a realtor, definitely give her a call!
