Loved partnering with Chad and Lisa!! They stayed connected to us through a wild time of transition and alleviated a ton stress around buying a new home before closing on the former one. They knew and managed all the vendors (including helping my husband understand we absolutely needed new carpet!) and even picked up miscellaneous packages that were shipped to the former address once we’d relocated. 10/10 would call them again to buy or sell in the Triangle.

Buying a home for the first time was a very anxiety provoking project for me but Lisa gently nudged me in the right direction and helped build my confidence buying a home on my own. The realty group works as a team and I would have liked to mainly have just worked with Lisa for every aspect of the home buying, but I understand the model allows them to provide faster service. Jemison Team also continues to maintain the relationships after the home purchase by including past clients at various client appreciation events throughout the year.

Chad and his team did an excellent job selling my investment property in Cary. I live several states away, so I needed a team I could really trust - and they delivered! They project managed new paint and carpet, minor repairs, staging, and landscaping. They do an exceptional job pricing and marketing my townhouse.
