We bought our home through Jem last year. It was an almost seamless process, which was very important to us, moving from out of state. Our sales agent, Tom, always had answers to our questions, and if he didn't have one immediately, he would get back to us with one shortly. Not to mention that, not only did Tom show us all.of the houses we planned to look at (we had prepared a list after seeing the website), but showed us all the newer ones that had recently been listed (and we wound up buying one of those!). Very helpful and courteous!
I have had a lot of experience with Edie and Fran at JEM homes, also Bob Weijland. They all have been very honest and personable. BOB WEILJLAND sold our home and was very polite and conscientious. I was very pleased with my experience.
