Jefferson Square

I came to look Jefferson Square apartments. Alma Cerinsek greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She took her time explaining all the details and showed me a different opinions. Very appreciative for professional and friendly approach.

I really experiencing this place is beautiful and very quiet thanks to Alma you helping me on my application. I wish everyone is like you is everywhere. The parking very hard in here I hope that they fix that.

I want to leave a review for Cristina. She has been very helpful for all the work orders placed, she is fast, clean, and very nice! Every time I see her on the property I see she is on top of her job getting things done for the community! I appreciate her hard work and effort!

I lived here for over 13 years & the last 6 years has been hell! The managers (Alma) plays dumb when it comes to their jobs they charge for everything including the slots to your blinds, lightbulbs, repairs etc! Don’t offer anything to continue to stay here no free carpet cleaning upgrades to you apartment. Nothing!. Over 13 years & my balcony has never been power washed, they have never offered to put new carpet in my place, even after it flooded 3 years ago! But that’s not why I’m writing this, Alma got my car towed in the middle of a pandemic because my tags were 3 month expired. Jefferson square stated that they did not need to give me a notice because it stated in my lease that any car can be removed at that managers discretion. There are tags that are over 3 years old in my parking l
