As the FIRST tenant to move in 6/30/25 with my keys at the brand new Apartment home at Jefferson Prairie Park🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️🥳. My overall experience has been WONDERFUL no AWESOME🥳. Jennifer has been EXCELLENT to work with professionally and made the whole process smooth and stress-FREE due to my work schedule. I LOVE😊 the VIBESSS😎 here! GREAT location VERY convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, etc. which has been a PLUS🥳. The community package Jefferson Prairie Park offers includes PEACEFUL clean environment that I am HAPPY🥲 to call HOME🙏🏾🫶🏾. The SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the property management team Mrs. Adrienne, Mrs. Stephanie, Jennifer & Ricky. This is MAGNIFICENT DUO in regards of their position as the property manager, property assistant manager & property leasing

My family moved into these apartments in November. Staff is great. Apartments are nice and haven’t had any issues. The maintenance guys are amazing! They come in respectful and fix any issue quickly and with a great attitude. Thank you Ramiro and Carlos!

The apartments are nice. The staff is not bad. The neighbors complained about my dogs without letting me know they had an issue. I understand they might be uncomfortable talking to me and that’s ok. I’m assuming the neighbors don’t know if there there are violations per the lease they can remove my pets. I was told in the email it would be my first and only warning that any other incidents would result in a lease violation and/or sanitation fees. My dogs are with me for anxiety and depression because I have an extreme auto immune disease and they help me feel better/get up/move around. I’ve lived in 8 different apartment complexes 4 in DFW and had never had an issue about my dogs or with my neighbors. I spoke to Stephanie, I was told it’s ok to clean up after them when they pee on the buil

I had a great time meeting Stephanie at Jefferson Prairie Park. She greeted me with warm, positive energy and listened attentively throughout our conversation. The property itself is modern and beautiful I highly recommend this community and its professional team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ricky was awesome to work with! He helped us find a beautiful unit that fit exactly what we were looking for. He was professional, super responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment is brand new, and we’re loving it so far. It felt great being his very first customer at this new property—he’s definitely setting the bar high!
