Jefferson Point Apartments

I recently visited my sister who lives in this community and had the chance to stop by the office with some questions. Kasey the new manager was incredibly kind and helpful and answered everything thoroughly. We were very satisfied with the service. The apartments are spacious, and the grounds are kept clean and nice. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into this community and have nothing but amazing things to say about it! From the application process to move in has been an absolute breeze and Kasey has been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. I highly recommend this community for anyone who is looking to rent!

We have been living at JP for 6 months now and it has been a great experience so far! Its a quiet and a clean environment where we have been living comfortably with our kids. The amenities are great and maintained. The kids love the playground and the gym is always clean. Support staff is always quick to resolve any maintenance requests and have always been nice to us. It has a great location within Newnan. School, supermarkets, and anything you may need are close by. Great place to live.

The office staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is quick and the groundskeeper keeps everything clean and up to date. This is my second time renting an apartment and by far the best example of good management and friendly service. Love the playground area too! My nephew comes over and we go play on the grass down by the swing set .

The management is wonderful!!! Definitely went above and beyond helping me out with pretty much everything I acquired about. Ask for Kacey!!! She’s awesome.
