Jefferson Manor Apartments

If I could give this place no stars I would. Theres this short white skinny lady thats always beating on her kid outside and screaming at neighbors like she's a mental case. And she constantly does this almost daily. And has had the police called numerous times. Lots of others that make the community look bad but she's by far the worst!!!!!!!!

This place will always be home to me . The Manager is very professional and very efficient . She always takes care of any work orders and will let you know if there is a wait on any work orders. So helpful My daughter and I think she is the best and will miss Jefferson Manor and the Manager and the Maintenance crew, so polite and professional...Great and safe place to live ...........I would give this [place Ten stars if allowed .....Also i would like to add I like when The Manager Rena sent out flyers on No Fireworks ... She has been always about Safety which that Is why I moved to Jefferson Manor . Well Done Rena ......Grounds look great

Rena was the best manager ever ! Did her job & was always on top of sending out flyers, late rent notices even if you were 10 days behind. I really loved how on top of her job as a responsible manager was & if you were having financial issues she would always give you extra resources to look into . Wish she could come back really miss her 😇

Update: I lived here almost 6 years and my experience was HORRIBLE after Rena left. My place flooded twice and I lost everything in my place because of it. The last time it was sewage water and they left it sitting for two days before anything was done only because I contacted the health department. Shortly after my son was hospitalized because he was having trouble breathing. They can’t keep maintenance men nor managers in the office. I moved out 2 months ago and it was the best decision for me and my family. I do not recommend ANYONE to live in these places. I’ve had to start over again when we moved out, refurnished our entire house but God doesn’t play about us and they definitely found that out before we left. Beware if you decide to take that chance and move here. I give this place 0

I had a wonderful experience with Rena! She is very kind and sweet. She is understanding and compassionate. It’s nice to talk to someone who is passionate about her job and I can tell she likes being there. She always has a smile on her face and cares about the children on the property and in general! Thank you Rena for being sweet and understanding.
