Ms.Lanette was very personable and informative! She keeps it real and is welcoming. My first time experience has been great compared to many other leasing offices that are nonchalant and bored of their job. She needs a raise even if she just got one!

I had a great tour of this property. The community is clean, well-maintained, and very income-friendly without sacrificing comfort. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the layout of the units was spacious and practical. A great option for affordable, quality living. I would definitely recommend touring it if you’re searching for quality living at a reasonable price!

1/10 do not recommend. I live alone I work 6 days a week so I’m barely home but my water bill is always Atleast $150. Light bill $250. Maintenance is a joke took them 4 months & 3 maintenance request to fix my toilet. The trash is supposed to be valet but they come when they feel like it. My rent goes up every single month. This whole complex is a scam

I absolutely love living at Jefferson Flats! It really feels like a cozy little neighborhood tucked away from the busy road, and I’ve got such great neighbors too. The grilling area, playground, and dog park are all top tier—always clean and super well-kept. I especially love that both the playground and dog park are gated—it makes everything feel safe and private. Our maintenance tech is amazing; he’s always on the go and goes above and beyond every time. The ladies in the leasing office are the best—they’re friendly, helpful, and always quick to answer my questions or get things handled. I recommend Jefferson Flats to all my friends—it’s such a great place to call home and I highly recommend!

Came for a tour and impressed! Lynnette was kind enough to show us around and the community is very welcoming. With washer/dryers and updated interiors, it’s a great value!
