We have worked with John to purchase 2 homes now, and I can't express enough what an amazing realtor this man is. He looks out for our interests like we are family and is always available to answer questions and give his thoughts on things along the way. We just closed on our latest property purchase and will be selling our old home in another month or so and there's not another realtor I would call than him. To start off the response rate was decent... at first. To schedule a showing it’s about a 1-2 response time which is okay. John Jebailey showed me and my roommate a home and off the bat I have gotten bad judge mental vibes from him. the way he looked at us when we got out of the car was questionable. We are three young hardworking black individuals and he stared at us as we looked around and questioned our jobs, if we can afford it and if we finished high school in a jokingly manner. He did not know the facts for the place like if heat was gas or electric. After the tour, I told him I would look at other places before I officially start the process of applying, so he gave me his card. As we were walking out he made us feel very uncomfortable but the place looked amazing and it was perfect
