I bought a few homes from this company beginning of year 2021 , interest rate was 3.5% at that time. I was promised houses will be completed in few months for my 1031 exchange. Down payment 30% due to special situation during covid. Builder out of money , construction been slowed and delayed for few years until project been transferred to another builder and completed by year 2024. Another 10K increase each home, home been down graded to basic, you take it or leave it with no choice. Upon completion interest rate at that time was 7.125%. Don't believe on any free gift, mail box, blinds, etc never been honored! 3 years of stress with no progress, promise or lie? Lucky to get completed eventually or bad luck tripping with this company? Your choice...
