My house has good features but I think the contractors could have spent more time to make it better. Lots of unfinished things that never were completed blown off by builder and painter. Recent rains have made a roof leak appear and my house is 2 years old again speaks of the lack of attention to detail when house was being built another issue is getting things fixed, like I am lying about this issues having staff telling my wife the satellite dish on the opposite side of my roof slope is causing a leak on the other side of my house defying gravity allowing water to run up the slope. Really do not like dealing with this builder because they do not own up to mistakes and BS someone who was in construction for 10 years about a leaking roof vent causing the leaks.

I put my down payment in May 2012. Tom was the agent for Jaycor run by John and his son. They started on the house in a couple of weeks before starting several homes after that. I included a lot of upgrades like wood flooring, tile flooring that Jaycor didn't carry, Granite counter tops and I used a pool designer that was not associated with Jaycor. That is when the building of the house went sideways. They promised to be finished in October...not....then November...not...wound up closing Dec 12, 2013. After they finished several other houses. Tom said it was because of all the upgrades. But they screwed some of them up...I told Tom tile was to set 45 degrees offset...not. I caught them laying it straight in bathrooms/laundry rooms...told Tom and he said "I" should have told flooring compa

Maggie you are ignorant to the fact that I built the home in 2012 not 2017. Stop trying to con potential buyers by making false statments on the sale of my old house. I wish Tom was still healthy so that potential buyers could work with a real professional.

The models I was interested in were sold out. I still checked out a1 floor model and it was spacious. Felt like quality craftsmanship, unique not cookie cutter.

Lacking quality construction, not built to code.
