Jay has been an excellent resource for us. He has an intimate knowledge of the East Texas area and has met us both times we were considering purchase of raw land as well as houses. He understands our needs and has brought up things we did not consider on our own. We find value in working with a Realtor, whether it be in buying an existing home or whether you choose to build on raw land. He knows the area; he can direct you to regular builders or custom builders. He can put you in touch with all the utility providers. Jay is an awesome realtor. He showed us several homes in Longview and Hallsville. He was always responsive when I reached out. Once we made an offer, he kept us informed along the way. After giving Jay a tour of our 70 acre ranch, he immediately came up with a marketing strategy and set it in motion with drone footage, professional photography, etc. Jay had our house and ranch sold the VERY first weekend, and at full asking price! Jay brings a really down to earth and positive attitude, and communicates in a profesional yet fun manner. My first dealing with Jay was when he came to my house with an IBuyer offer. I think we both knew I wouldn't take the bid so instead he gave me positive feedback on my house.
