Jax Utilities Management

This company has been working in our neighborhood for at least two months. They block the entire street with their personal vehicles and this morning one of their employees blocked the road from me returning home by literally standing in front of my vehicle. It’s outrageous and half the time they have both sides of our u-shaped road blocked so we can’t get in or out from our home. This morning I spoke to the “boss” (his terminology for his job title) I assume he meant superintendent, and he was extremely rude stating “we just have a job to do” after I asked how much longer this would take. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Consider using a different construction company if you have a need. Wish I could leave zero stars. On the way home today one of their drivers tried ramming into my driver door while merging on Main Street. I was no where near the end of the merge lane, & had plenty of time/space to get over, but the jerk driving truck number 1000377 decided he didn’t want that to happen. He floored it and was so close to hitting my car door. Then had the audacity to yell at me & flip me off. Never used this company & never will. And I’ll be sure to tell this to anyone who plans on using them. Crazy to think they are willing to put a pregnant woman’s life in danger just because they don’t want hurt their ego and let someone merge in front of them. Also crazy that this isn’t the first review about them having aggressive drivers. Y’all should do something about this before so

Jax Utilities Management has been repairing a portion of Cadiz Ave for at least two weeks. The foreman has parked his truck in front of our house every day, which makes it very difficult to pull out of our driveway. We can't see oncoming traffic. I called two days ago to request that the truck be parked somewhere else. There is plenty of room to park along our street. I was told that my message would be passed along and someone would call me. That hasn't happened and the truck is still being parked in front of our house. I called again this morning to inform Jax Utilities Management that I will sue if our vehicles are hit by oncoming traffic when we can't see around the fireman's truck.

I almost had one of their drivers smash into my new car today. I was stopped at a red light with about 1/2 car length in front of me talking to my 95 year old mother. Traffic started to move and one of their trucks started to merge right into me. He was only partially ahead of me so if I don't hit the brakes he smashes into my car. I honk my horn, and he stops his truck ,(half in my lane and half in his lane). He then opens his door and starts screaming and making threatening gestures! Who does that? Scared my mother to death! I called the office and am awaiting a call back.

I have never used this service but your drivers definitely need to be reevaluated. This morning on 295 South at approximately 06: 55, the driver was on his phone running off the side of the road and honestly looked drunk. Do better!
