Very modern amenities with Harp & Crown architect for lounge spaces. The leasing agent was transparent, enthusiastic, and supportive. Also, one of the more pet friendly residences with pet was room and other fun options. I’m getting a Siberian Husky end of this year so a great choice. Also, when promotional rent credits are available a fiscally responsible choice.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and really love the building and unit. The building is clean and stylish with lots of common areas where people actually spend time. The units are wonderful, too, with nice finishes and logical layouts that live larger than they actually are. I moved from a 2 bed, 2 bath that was 200 sq ft smaller than my new 1 bed +den unit, but it lives 200 sq ft larger since it’s so well thought out. Also, the employees here are amazing and super responsive! I’ve worked with Nate who helped me with touring my unit and with my lease, Jess who helped me with the move-in process and John with maintenance, and they’ve all been incredible! I enjoyed my tour is Nate, he was able to answer all our questions and go above and beyond to show me a unit that fit exactly what I was describing even though it wasn’t considered showable at the time. In person he was very kind and approachable, over the phone very professional. Beautiful building perfect for pet parents, I will say tho the only reason I’m giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 I did have trouble reaching the office and had to deliberately ask specific questions for answers for example submitting my deposit, entry etc.

I like my apartment but the maintenance/property managers leave much to be desired. I moved here under the promise of a coffee shop and farm stand, but over a year later they are still not here. Additionally, management has removed access to amenities with little to no notification - our roof deck is no longer accessible after 5pm and the small convenience setup was also removed. Nothing is answered unless you explicitly seek out information, and property managers are only in once, maybe twice a week, if at all. All they seem to care about is filling vacancies, not resolving any issues presented by current tenants.

I've been a resident at JH for a few weeks now & so far so good! The building is beautiful & the staff has been accommodating. Special shoutout to Nate who fit me in a day before my actual tour & made me feel right at home! These types of initial interactions truly make the experience for a new potential resident. -Update: it's been almost 4 months as a resident now & still so far so good. I love the building cleanliness, the aesthetic, & the amenities. When my code stopped working, Jess answered my call & made sure it was resolved promptly.
