Jasmine Homes Apartments

This place is disgusting there are roaches everywhere , the shower and toilet don’t work properly, I waited 4 months for a dishwasher to be fixed they constantly make mistakes and blame the tenants. Mireya has a horrible attitude and shouldn’t be working with people she’s extremely rude and dismissive and will talk over you there have been multiple people that says this she’s not a good fit for working with a community Miss Vickie is very nice and works well with tenants but that’s about it. I do not recommend anybody live here

I want to thank Vickey in the office for always taking the time to listen and help. Vickey in the office always address concerns quickly and ensure repairs are handled in the most expeditious way possible. She always has a pleasant and kind attitude.She keeps you informed about what’s going on with any situation you may have with your apartment. So glad she’s back.

Jasmine homes has been great since the application process. It was fast and easy, really no fuss. Ms Alicia, the leasing consultant has been amazing since first contact. We appreciate the fact that everything has been well

Ms. Vicky is a nice person to work with. She always help you when you need anything. I live here almost 3 years and she the best one that can get the job done.

Chris is a excellent maintenance guy. He is very kind and always speaks. If you have any issues with your apartment he will and does follow through to fix it. If you are not home he always cleans up behind himself. Jasmine Homes did a great job by making Chris a addition to the maintenance team. I am looking forward to another year here.
