This could just be my luck, but since moving into this house last year, I’ve been having so many electrical problems. It’s now gotten into the point where I have to not turn on my lights because it starts smelling like smoke. Beware at your own risk about the quality of this build

Woodside is building down the street I would wait until they start opening up lots. Jenny is wonderful, everyone else at corporate is horrible. We’re about to adopt a baby, thought we could use our 15k credit closing costs until 1 week before they told us they couldn’t get us a qualification and we got one from two other lenders 24 hours later. Didn’t get the 15k closing costs we thought we were getting for ten months. Felt very slimy the entire way through and now this set us back big time for adoption. I would run in the other direction.
