this property management company does not care about their tenants. Every time there’s an issue in our unit, we reached out to promptly and can barely get a response… You literally have to kick and scream to get anything fixed and as far as basic maintenance goes, it’s out the window also…

Jamkee has not been paying our water bill. Tried contacting them, but no answer from management or Wade. The only reason we found out about the bill is because we called the city and they informed we will not get our water back till Jamkee pays their very outstanding balance. Because of Jamkee’s negligence, we have been out of water since this morning and it probably will not get resolved till tomorrow at the earliest. I contacted Cam, the actual owner of the house and he was very helpful. My advice to anyone renting or is a renting management, you’d be better off doing it yourself then trusting Jamkee. Seems like any time we need services, Jamkee is nowhere to be found.

When we were concerned about the tenant not putting utilities in their name, as required in lease, we were told by owner that we could part ways anytime we liked. At the end, we found out Jamkee had not collected the cleaning deposit. I think that says it all about the quality of service you get at Jamkee.
