Jamestown Village

I have been living here since 2018. The recent Manager Mrs. Alma in James Town village is an amazing person. She is so easy and friendly and always assist you with any questions you have. I love how calm and friendly she is. She has a lot patience with people and my self. You all check out that apartment they now have all remodeling rooms and super excited about those those rooms 🥰🥰🤗

Jamestown village is a GREAT place to live. It is peaceful, quiet and the neighbors Look out for each other. Crime rate none. I've lived here for 20 years now and have never witnessed a fatal tragedy here, only natural causes. Everyone here is friendly and get along with each other, they share each other's blessings. The staff is awesome and maintenance is great, on time in other words wonderful at his job. If there are any issues he addresses them promptly. Jamestown village is home for me and I recommend it to any and EVERYONE who wants a safe and peaceful living.

I moved in here in Feb of this year and in the beginning it wasn't so bad but since then it has gotten worse. When Sarah was in front office i never had a issue with her personally and if i had an maintenance issue she was always in office to assist. it's now that Sarah is gone the problem begins. We have a new manager and the office is never open maybe once a week now and if your lucky you can catch her around the beginning of the month taking payments. When she there she's very rude and doesn't even acknowledgment you when you come into the office. this is probably why i never got her name. We was never warned or sent out letters that we would be under new management. They've switched how we make payments without warning. MANAGEMENT IS MORE OF THE ISSUE AND THE REASON FOR MY COMPLAINT. S

I've been here for going on 5 years.. Yes parking is an issue but this is a very small complex and I rarely have visitors so that doesn't bother me. The walls are thin so you hear more than in other complexes I've lived in, but it also depends on your neighbors. & I did see some roaches but Sarah made sure I had pest control every 2 weeks as soon as I informed her, so that didn't last long. The issue are small here for me & rent is VERY reasonable since I would still like to be in Marietta but be close to the city where I work. Maintenance has always came when I needed them to so my complaints are very small compared to the big picture!! I really have no problems here!!

When i lived here for a year (cira 2014-2015) it was my first apartment and it was pretty decent. I never had a problem with roaches (I did see ONE waterbug during my stay; however, it's GA so what do you expect?) nor rats. The management was the main issue. During my year stay the property went through three managers, Sarah being the last. The walls within the apartments were thin, my neighbors were okay for the most part. Sometimes they would have parties or loud music but it didn't bother me. Maintenance was pretty good about coming to see about our issues as well. Overall it wasn't the best or the worst. For my first apartment...It was okay!
