Jamestown Village Apartments

Honestly, I don't recommend this place (although I'm grateful for a home) the rent is extremely high, you have to put in multiple tickets and complaints to even get maintenance to your apartment. Not to mention the lengthy amount of issue that came about when I moved in earlier this year. When the maintenance men come the either don't finish the work or its not fixed at all. I'm not sure why it would take over a month to spackle and paint a wall that they messed up in the process of fixing another issue. My heater sounds like someone is gurgling mouthwash at all times of the day and night. I've had them here multiple times and it's still not fixed. This place is a joke. I have lived her 16 years, have never once been late on rent and every year they continue to raise my rent almost 10%. The apartments have a major bug problem and maintenance does a half ass job whenever you call them for a repair. This will be my last year signing a lease with these crooks.

I cannot say enough good things about Karolina and Karen at Jamestowne Village Apartments. They are an excellent team! From the moment I moved in, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. They are both friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns that I had. Any issues or problems I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. The management keeps its residents informed about any events, issues, changes or emergency situations by sending text messages. The rent payments can be made via website that is very user friendly. The apartment itself is very affordable when compared to other complexes in the area. The location is unbeatable - close to parkway exits, shopping and beaches.

Karolina was very helpful getting me an apartment. My first time renting by myself and she helped me with application, understanding the local rent laws. Location is great, apartments are large size and nice, price is very good.

Never before have I had such a smooth application and move-in process. I've had a lot of apartments in my day and Karolina has thus far been an amazing landlord (landlady?) and I see myself staying here as long as I live in Jersey. Amazing view, fair rent, and the place is huge!
