Jamestown Terrace Apartments

I love this place!!! Real family atmosphere, well maintained property, community garden,and a great playgroud for the kids. The manager of the property Deborah is very helpful and informative with low income and tax credits. She went out of her way to make sure our family was well taken care of. She took our delicate situation and turned it into a real comfortable, positive one. 👍👍👍

Don't trust them if you are told you have an apartment. They told my sister that she was approved and to put in her 30 notice to her landlord. Later, she is notified that she doesn't qualify because of past due utility bills. Claiming it is a new law, but there is no such law, and if there was, then they should check that BEFORE they tell someone to put in 30 day notice. Also, how many people in need of housing has all of their bills up to date? You should be reported.

Visiting a friend who lives here... Located in the beautiful country side in Jamestown, CA.... Visiting a friend here today . We are looking for a place, But I would never live here the management does not fix anything. Lots of repairs needing to be done, That should have been done a long time ago, but as of right now, still not done. One of her main issues is that her wall plugs are hot to the touch and when I plugged in my cellphone to charge about an hour later my cord and block were so hot to the touch that I almost couldn't get it unplugged from the wall!! She has complained over and over about this,. with no repairs made still, as of right now.. That in itself is an extreme fire hazard... plumbing repairs needing done, dirt and debris coming thru the bathroom floors... Shame on yo

Getting a lil cleaner then it has been. Management needs to take sum courses on how to assist with being a better people. Not stereo type or pick on those who do mind there own business. I think she haresses others more then the ones that need it most. She discriminates and is rude.

I didn't go there to apply for an apartment but I did have to go to the manager's office and fill out papers for another set of apartments under this corporation. The thing I like most is the management they are so wonderful and the maintenance people are amazing as well, I really love living here and I really love having them as managers
