Jamestown Estate Homes at Grand Central Park

Jamestown Estate Homes bring another level of luxury homes to the Grand Central Park Community. This model has a lot of natural light and a view of the lake. It is simply gorgeous. The open concept living area makes ideal for entertaining and the gourmet kitchen is a delight.

Buyer beware if you have kids. For a community of this massive size, the amenities are completely unacceptable. There is barely one toddler-friendly park, and the single pool is far too small for the number of residents (and only open a few months a year). Despite the marketing, there are no plans to add more parks or a second pool to accommodate the growth. It feels like a trap don't get sold on the pictures alone.🙃
