I signed contract with them for selling a commercial office. Steven Goldstein, the realtor, did provide some good advice. However, he showed a lot of arrogance! Apparently, my property is too small to be worthy of professional attention. As a result of such an arrogance, the marketing materials took forever. A few comments from me took more than a week to revise. When I asked for cancellation of the contract, Steve showed zero empathy to his client. The only thing he cared for is "do not use my marketing materials." I will not.

Dealing with Jameson and their agent Enrique Guadalupe, have been the worst experience of my life. For a year, I’ve been stood up on a building that I signed an LOI and provided everything that was asked for. Enrique never provided proper documentation nor his client on the building. After my construction guys went out to the building on several occasions to get measurements, that we weren’t provided drawings for . Enrique and his clients ask to see my financials, when they saw the money the bank I was asked to pay for a destroyed building that I don’t own to rent. Because I won’t pay for his rehab work, Enrique and clients canceled the LOI. I’m totally disgusted and disappointed with this experience, and I hope no one ever have to go through this again.

Katie Whelan and Keely Selko have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They've both been very knowledgeable through the process, worked within our strict zoning guidelines, are prompt to respond to phone calls and emails, and I genuinely feel like they have my best interests at heart. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to lease a commercial space in Chicago, no questions asked.

I just walked out of this place. As soon as I walked in asking for information because I am looking to lease commercial property, I got sent upstairs with little care or guidance for a gigi. This person was no where to be found and surprisingly no one would even check to see if you were taken care of! People walked around and no one said a word! Terrible service and it was my first time here. Huge waste of 40 minuets just standing there. Literally standing there and people would see you and not say a word. Go somewhere else where your time would be more important. The one star is just for the piece of mint I was able to have in the front.
