I have called several times and left messages. They don't return calls nor fix the issues. The apartments (Ivy Ridge)I live in have had several managers who never stay. It would be nice if these matters were handled before raising the rent.

I was wrongfully listed as evicted from an apartment I had already moved out of and returned the keys for. The situation has caused unnecessary stress and complications that I’m now working to resolve. I’ve sought legal counsel to address the matter and ensure it’s properly corrected. I encourage future tenants to document every interaction and keep all communication in writing.

This company is the worse company I've ever dealt with living in an apartment complex. They have had SEVERAL issues with their property managers "losing" rent. Then, giving residents 5 days to pay or they process evictions. Most recently over 50 people got notices on their doors about them owing thousands of dollars. Apparently, the police are involved and doing an investigation into the most recent manager they fired on 8/12/2024. But, they have not communicated with ANY residents about what's going on & still haven't found ANY of the money orders. They don't won't to admit they hired thieves to work in the office. And I'm all honesty corporate could be involved too. They don't want to do any upgrades to the apartments, but won't to raise the rent every single year & have these old ancien

As a landscape vendor for 7 months, the treatment and willing to assist was unreal. Sedra the director advised me to just stop service because I was again, trying to follow up on late payments. After four or five times of talking to people and never getting a call back, she had enough of me reaching out trying to make sure her bills were paid. I never missed a service and answered my phone 100% for them. A good relationship between us and an apology and explanation could have smoothed things over. I would have appreciated her efforts to take care of me. Thanks for supporting my small business.

I can guarantee the evict residents for non payment but their hired contractors have to fight tooth and nail to get paid for work completed. Wish the urgency in payment was reciprocated
